I really think that an iris scanner is harder to trick. The only way someone fooled it was by taking a high quality photo of someone’s eyes and put contacts on them.

This is one of the dumbest phones and poorly designed phones Apple has ever created. I have an IPhone 7 and it’s ok but I will never ever want or buy the X. I bet many people got it and sent it back to get the 8 or 7.

My nephew unlocked my phone in the dark with Face ID. He is 10 years younger than me, We were both shocked how easily he did it.

Face ID is only there to create the biggest database with names, pictures, phone numbers, locations, movements etc etc. Just like Facebook, and the NSA and other agencies have direct access to it.
Hence why you never should use any face ID or fingerprint indentification.

The minute the kid dabbed I died inside. Face ID has always sucked. Fingerprint is always the way to go.

Forget face ID. I still can't believe they actually designed a phone with a notch and two pieces of screen on the sides. Sorry Steve.

Also you didn’t mention that the kid kept trying, failing, entering the passcode, and repeatedly doing this until Face ID learned and trained itself to recognize the kid’s face bc the passcode authenticates the unlock as coming from presumably the owner. So if it were malice, then the perpetrator would have to know the passcode in order to fool the Face ID; but if you read that and haven’t realized the obvious… if you have the passcode you don’t need to then fool Face ID.

Ok so register your Face ID in normal lighting and not at night time, close to a dark setting.

Sounds like a duh thing but, as usual, theres always that 1.

You are such biased shit of a tech channel. If it was any other company in the place of apple. Your ranting wouldn't have stopped and your way of expressing it would have been alot different. Dont lick apples ass so much.
